Educations

We offer visitors the opportunity to explore various topics in astronomy (and beyond) in greater depth through our educational programmes. By choosing one of our activities, you can learn more about the Solar System, the Milky Way galaxy, and other objects in the Universe. You can even observe the Sun through a telescope during the day, hold a real meteorite in your hand, learn how to catch a meteorite at home, and discover how to use a radio, a compass, and many other fascinating things. Educational programmes take place throughout the year and are suitable for visitors of all ages – from preschool children to seniors. If your young astronomers are interested in space, you can register for an activity and participate together as a family. The duration of the programmes is 45–60 minutes. Together with the museum’s educators, you will spend an engaging and inspiring time – learning, discovering, and exploring. The minimum number of participants for an educational programme is 7 people. School groups may also choose educational programmes available on the Cultural Passport platform. Most of the museum’s educational activities are accessible to visitors with mobility disabilities. However, regarding the accessibility of a specific programme, we always recommend contacting museum staff by phone in advance to arrange the details.
